Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of artisteOS, a commercial product operated by Shenole Latimer (doing business as artisteOS). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Services and Autonomy

The platform operates on an “Autonomy Slider” model. Every feature offers three modes — Advise, Assist, and Autonomous.

Advise Mode
The system recommends actions, and the artist must approve them before anything happens.
Assist Mode
The system acts on your behalf, but provides a review window before those actions go live.
Autonomous Mode
The system acts fully without manual intervention, and the artist reviews logs after the fact.

By enabling Assist or Autonomous modes, you explicitly grant artisteOS permission to execute marketing campaigns, draft communications, and submit editorial pitches on your behalf. You remain responsible for the ultimate outcomes of these automated actions.

2. Release Compliance

Before a campaign can be unlocked, the system routes your metadata and audio file through 9 strict programmatic compliance checks.

While we provide this analytical checkpoint to protect you from platform takedowns, artisteOS does not guarantee acceptance by any third-party Digital Service Provider (DSP).

3. Data Asset Ownership and Licensing

You are granted a license to utilize the fan relationships managed through your specific account. Every artist operating on the platform natively contributes to a proprietary dataset.

  • This dataset includes verified fan counts by geography, list quality ratios, and real-world conversion curves.
  • You acknowledge and agree that this aggregate dataset represents a proprietary asset owned exclusively by artisteOS, and you hold no claim to the aggregate platform data.

4. Verified Milestone Records

To create an independently verifiable professional history, the platform automatically issues tamper-proof verification credentials when specific milestone events occur — such as a release campaign being triggered, a fan threshold being reached, or a geographic density signal being confirmed.

When these events occur, the platform records the relevant action, an execution timestamp, and the permission level under which it was taken. These records are permanently stored and independently verifiable by third parties — including venues, labels, and brand partners — via a shareable verification link.

You consent to the automated issuance of these verification credentials representing your milestones and platform actions.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
